Hare Discusses How to Juggle Multiple Accreditations in Oncology Issues Cover Story

This year's Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC) Conference, March 12-14, kicked off with the launch of their newly re-designed publication, Oncology Issues, which featured the cover story, "Multiple Program Accreditations: Mastering the Juggling Act," written by CHAMPS Oncology's

Toni Hare.

The publication, which was distributed to all conference attendees, ACCC's 671 cancer program members, and 467 individual members, is the official journal of the ACCC, and is the only oncology-related publication devoted to policy, management, and financial issues of concern to cancer care providers.

The article was chosen as the Oncology Issues cover story for the important re-launch of the publication because of its relevant and timely advice for cancer programs. In it, Hare discusses six ways to best juggle multiple accreditations and then puts those best practices to the test by featuring a case study on CHAMPS' client Ohio Health's Riverside Methodist Hospital. The article also included quotes and tips from other CHAMPS clients.
