CHAMPS Announces New Blog for HR professionals

CHAMPS Human Resources announced today the official launch of their new blog for HR professionals, HR on the Frontlines.

With 30 years of in-the-trenches HR experience, CHAMPS staff has a unique understanding of the challenges all organizations face regarding Human Resources. This new HR blog will tackle these issues with posts on topics like recruiting, turnover, unemployment compensation, off-boarding, executive search, organizational development, policies, procedures and progressive discipline.

One of HR on the Frontlines regular bloggers will be CHAMPS’ Vice President Andrea Dobrin. With a master’s degree in organizational development from Case Western Reserve University, Dobrin is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in consulting, labor negotiations, employee engagement, training, executive search and organizational development.

“I want our blog to be a place for HR professionals to share their frustrations and their successes,” said Dobrin. “As it continues to develop, I hope it will become a go-to place for answers to HR’s toughest questions. If the answers aren’t there already, we can start a discussion on the topic to figure it out together.”
