CHAMPS Oncology Announces Strategic Priorities

Strategic PrioritiesCHAMPS Oncology formally announced their new strategic priorities during an all-team meeting last week. During the meeting, Tim Jarm, president and CEO presented The Center for Health Affairs and CHAMPS Healthcare’s 2017-2020 strategic direction. CHAMPS Oncology’s strategic priorities mirror the outline of The Center’s strategic direction with four key elements: people, service, growth and quality.

Main components of CHAMPS Oncology’s strategic priorities include:

  • Improving cancer registry services for clients
  • Enhancing data quality
  • Promoting an entrepreneurial approach
  • Strengthening employee engagement
  • Supporting industry changes

“Our team had an engaging and productive meeting discussing how our action plans and critical success factors tie into the organization’s strategic direction,” said Toni Hare, RHIT, CTR, vice president, CHAMPS Oncology. “Next year we will focus our efforts on inspiring our team, engaging our clients, promoting disciplined entrepreneurship and transforming our business metrics.”
