Working for CHAMPS Benefits Consulting, I’m part of a dedicated team that collaborates to do the best job they can for retirees and future retirees whose pensions we administer. The work I do is very rarely boring and I love being able to help retirees, as well as their families through major life transition times. As a whole, The Center for Health Affairs / CHAMPS Healthcare do so many things to show they care about the staff. Little perks often add up to make this organization a great place to work including paid parking, a health day, rooftop cookouts, Indians games and bowls of fruit on Monday mornings.
- Diana DeForest, Project Manager, CHAMPS Benefits Consulting
I enjoy my job because it allows me to meet with everyone in the company and not only fix their problems, but engage in a conversation and get to know them personally. What attracted me to The Center for Health Affairs was the interview process. It was conducted so professionally and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I think what makes our organization truly special is that we are like one big family - everyone is kind, respectful and fun to work with. On top of that, being able to work downtown is great. Cleveland is one of the best cities to be in right now.
- Mike Williams, IT Specialist, The Center for Health Affairs
My job gives me the opportunity to learn, grow and be creative every day. Each situation I come across in my day-to-day work is unique and I am constantly challenged to be better and do better. We are fortunate here at The Center for Health Affairs / CHAMPS Healthcare to have extremely dedicated people who work collaboratively to ensure the goals of all of our departments and the organization are carried out successfully…and we like each other!
