     2020 Best Employers in Ohio

    The Center for Health Affairs and CHAMPS Named to a 2020 Best Employer in Ohio

    The Center for Health Affairs and CHAMPS Healthcare, a 104-year-old Northeastern Ohio hospital association dedicated to convening and advocating for its member hospitals, was recently named as one of the 2020 Best Employers in Ohio. The annual list of the Best Employers in Ohio was created by Crain's Cleveland Business and Best Companies Group. This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Ohio, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. The 2020 Best Employers in Ohio list is made up of 42 companies.

    The Center for Health Affairs and CHAMPS Named to NorthCoast 99 List

    The Center for Health Affairs / CHAMPS have been named to the NorthCoast 99 List in 2003, 2004, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Each year 99 Northeast Ohio organizations are awarded a NorthCoast 99 Award for building and maintaining a great workplace. This award honors and recognizes the top 99 employers in Northeast Ohio in areas of staffing and workforce, development and training, compensation and rewards, organizational culture, innovation, success and performance.


     Top Workplaces in Cleveland

    The Center for Health Affairs and CHAMPS Named to List of Best Places to Work in Northeast Ohio

    The Center for Health Affairs / CHAMPS were named to the 2014 and 2015 list of Top Workplaces in Cleveland. The evaluation for The Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey which contained questions regarding values, leadership, management, benefits, pay, growth potential, appreciation, work-life balance and retention. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
