The Center for Health Affairs Reimbursement Forum

Hospital reimbursement professionals are faced with an array of challenging issues that have a significant impact on their organization finances. Constant changes in Medicare & Medicaid regulations impact healthcare finances and operations. The reimbursement professionals must remain attentive to the ever-changing healthcare environment.

The Center for Health Affairs established the Reimbursement Forum to assist our members’ reimbursement professionals in their duties and responsibilities. The Forum, consisting of the member hospitals reimbursement professionals, meets six times a year. If necessary additional meetings are scheduled.

The Forum is a platform for education and discussion on current finance and reimbursement issues. The Forum members can rely on the expertise, experience, and knowledge of their peers and the Centers staff to help them find answers to questions that arise as they carry out their daily responsibilities.

The Center for Health Affairs Reimbursement Forum also allows Northeast Ohio hospital members the opportunity to come together and think strategically about reimbursement challenges, formulate a regional response and address any concerns with a unified voice.
