Introducing Connect Northeast Ohio (ConnectNEO), A Regional Colloquium to Cultivate Community Health and Well-Being
The Center for Health Affairs is holding its second annual conference on May 16, 2024 in Cleveland, OH! Upon the success of our first annual conference in 2023, we've decided to make it a permanent event with the goal of bringing together leaders in the healthcare industry and community as a whole to advance our mission of promoting connection and fostering community well-being. We're excited to bring you the opportunity connect with other healthcare executives and community members for a day of education and networking.
Our theme this year is "Cultivating a Healthy Northeast Ohio: The Diverse Dimensions of Community Well-Being," and will highlight the multifaceted, strategies needed to maintain a healthy community.
