2011 Begins a New Three-Year Strategic Plan for The Center

This year marks the beginning of a new strategic plan for The Center for Health Affairs that will provide the foundation for the organization’s work through 2013. Over the summer of 2010, a committee of The Center's board of trustees participated in a process through which a three-year strategic plan was developed for the association. The plan capitalizes on the organization's strengths in workforce, data and information, finance and reimbursement, emergency preparedness, and community-related programming, extending the successful initiatives already underway and creating new ones where there are opportunities to bring additional value to members.

Beginning with the rollout of the strategic direction in 2011, the membership can expect to receive an update on the full plan, complete with timelines and a scorecard that will be updated at least quarterly to help us all stay on top of the progress toward each goal.
