StudentMAX™ annual reports, generated by The Center for Health Affairs and its workforce initiative NEONI , are distributed to each hospital and nursing education program user at the beginning of each calendar year to provide a summary of each user's StudentMAX™ activity for the last several academic years. These reports are intended to provide users with a summary of their facility's clinical placement activity for the year in comparison to the previous academic years.
For the 2011 reports, NEONI utilized an enhanced reporting tool to generate these customized report with the most accurate data. Overall in the 2009-2010 academic year, 27 hospitals and 29 nursing education programs used StudentMAX™ to schedule 14,146 students in 1,937 clinical placements. This has increased 6.9 percent from the '08-'09 academic year.
December 2010 brought the newest version of StudentMAX™. Version 4.0 was rolled out with several software upgrades, including a number of features that enhance the user’s experience.
