Neiding Presents to Transitions of Care Committee



On Thursday, Feb. 9, the Transitions of Care Committee (TOCC) met at MetroHealth Medical Center.

The Center's Project Manager, Linda Neiding, gave a presentation on the nine month data report for Aligning Forces For Quality/Hospital Quality Network participants. The report showed that positive trends have emerged in the quality measures for many of the ten area hospitals that are participating.

At the meeting it was also announced that Better Health Greater Cleveland will hold their tenth learning collaborative summit on Friday, Mar. 23, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Cleveland Clinic Lyndhurst Campus. The featured speaker will be Thomas H. Lee, M.D., Network President for Partners HealthCare System; CEO, Partners Community HealthCare, Inc. His speaking topic will be “Better Health Quality Improvement.”
