Bill Ryan Quoted in Crain's Piece on Catholic Health Partners' Acquisition

On Monday, June 3, 2013, The Center for Health Affairs' President and CEO Bill Ryan was quoted in a Crain's Cleveland Business piece on Catholic Health Partners' acquisition of Kaiser Permanente's Ohio operations written by Timothy Magaw. In the piece, "Another healthy giant is growing," Ryan comments on the likelihood that there could be more Catholic Health Patners' acquisitions on the horizon.

"There are still some pieces on the table that could be cobbled together to make a fairly dynamic third health system in Northeast Ohio,” Ryan said. “Clearly, CHP has the resources to do something like that. You start to connect those with Summa, and now you've got a pretty formidable group with a pretty extensive reach."
