On Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, The Center for Health Affairs' President and CEO Bill Ryan was quoted in a Crain's Cleveland Business piece on the rise in high-deductible plans and hospitals' concerns that they will see an increase in bad debt because of it. In the piece, "Hospitals worry they'll be stuck with more bills under Obamacare's high-deductible plans," Ryan comments on the issues that have arose since the implementation of the federally run health insurance exchange.
“It's way too early to throw our hands up in the air and say, "Oh my god, the sky is falling,'” Ryan said.
