The Center for Health Affairs and its workforce initiative, NEONI, invited members to the NEONI Summer Soiree to kick off summer with good friends and delicious food. The soiree was held on The Center for Health Affairs’ newly remodeled rooftop deck from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on June 24.
During this event, members recognized and said goodbye to the following long-term NEONI members, who have recently received opportunities outside of Northeast Ohio: Laura Dzurec, RN, PhD, PMHCNS-BC, former dean of the College of Nursing and professor of Nursing at Kent State University and Christine Wynd, PhD, RN, CNAA, former dean and strawbridge professor of nursing, The Breen School of Nursing - Ursuline College.
“We truly enjoy showing NEONI supporters how much they are appreciated each year at the Annual Summer Soiree. We value their continued support and are happy to have them here,” said Pam Waite, MSN, RN-BC, MHSA, director of healthcare workforce and NEONI operations, The Center for Health Affairs/NEONI.
