Pam Waite and Tracy Plouck Give Presentations at Ohio Psychiatric Nurse Administrators (OPNA) Meeting

Pam Waite, director of healthcare workforce and NEONI operations for The Center for Health Affairs, and Tracy Plouck, director of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OHMAS), gave presentations at the March 7 meeting of the Ohio Psychiatric Nurse Administrators (OPNA).

At the meeting, Waite provided a review of the registered nurse (RN) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) workforce data on behalf of the Ohio Board of Nursing. Waite also discussed data specific to the behavioral health nursing workforce. Plouck’s presentation covered updates from the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
