The Critical Components of a Successful Lay Navigation Program

Critical Components of a Successful Navigation Program' The Northeast Ohio Patient Navigation Collaborative (NEOPNC), spearheaded by The Center for Health Affairs and The Academy of Medicine of Cleveland & Northern Ohio (AMCNO) is hosting an event entitled The Critical Components of a Successful Lay Navigation Program. Speakers will discuss their role, the components and their experience when it comes to creating and supporting a successful navigation program. Topics include assessing needs and identifying metrics, gaining physician buy-in and support, integrating into the care team, maximizing caregiver roles and maintaining navigator engagement.
