NEONI Launches New Job Shadowing Experience Tool, prep2practice

To streamline its healthcare job shadowing experience process, The Center for Health Affairs’ workforce initiative, NEONI, developed and recently launched prep2practice™. prep2practice is an online tool that matches high school juniors and seniors with local healthcare job shadowing experiences.

This new system provides a central location for healthcare facilities, as well as high school counselors and students to coordinate a shadowing experience.

“It’s the same great program our users have been familiar with for the last decade, but we’ve revamped it to simplify the overall process as well as incorporate requested enhancements,” said Sue Zagula, RN, BSN, director of placement services, The Center for Health Affairs/NEONI.
