ideastream® Cites The Center in Piece on Psychological and Drug Addiction Treatment

On Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015, The Center for Health Affairs' Key Indicators Report was cited in an ideastream® report by Sarah Jane Tribble on psychological and drug addiction treatment. The Center's Key Indicators Report provides analysis of hospital market trends based on Volume Statistics data. 

In the piece, "Northeast Ohio Hospitals Report Increased Demand For Psychiatric, Drug Addiction Patients," Tribble notes that the number of people seeking psychological or drug addiction treatment from Northeast Ohio hospitals is steadily climbing and has been for the past decade. She cites the report's findings that the number of days pscyh patients or those with drug addiction spent in local hospitals had risen by 5 percent in the second quarter of 2015 compared to the same period last year.
