New Videos Highlight NEONI’s Healthcare Workforce Programs

To highlight and promote its healthcare workforce programs, NEONI, The Center for Health Affairs’ workforce initiative, recently released new informational videos on their four key offerings.

  • prep2practice™: An online tool used between students, healthcare facilities as well as schools that matches students with career shadowing opportunities in the healthcare workforce. View the prep2practice video
  • ACEMAPP Clinical Placement: A web-based system used by clinical agencies, including hospitals and schools of nursing to facilitate the process of scheduling clinical experiences for nursing students. View the ACEMAPP video
  • NEONI’s Nursing Forecaster: A tool that allows for predictions to be made into the future regarding the supply of and demand for nurses in the region, in order to assess future workforce needs. View NEONI’s Nursing Forecaster video
  • NEONI’s PERQS Center: NEONI’s Practice, Education, Research, Quality and Safety (PERQS) Center is an outlet for NEONI members to share knowledge and best practices in nursing research, quality initiatives and models of care, education, research as well as quality and safety across hospitals, schools, long-term care and homecare organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. These programs have been strengthening the Northeast Ohio healthcare workforce for more than a decade. They are possible through grant funds, fundraisers and NEONI’s members, which represent hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health organizations, schools of nursing, professional nursing associations as well as other individual healthcare stakeholders.
