ACE-MAPP annual reportsACEMAPP, a real-time online clinical rotation matching system that includes student onboarding materials and document storage solutions for clinical sites, schools, students and faculty has recently been updated to ACEMAPP 2.0.

Some ACEMAPP 2.0 enhancements include:

  • Clinical site users now have the ability to set a different time for each day of their rotation.
  • Schools can reset assessments for their students.
  • Site-specific content such as courses, assessments, documents, forms and information can now be delivered to students and faculty as they are assigned to a specific site.
  • Partnerships have been made with background check, drug screening and immunization verification vendors to streamline the student onboarding process.
  • Students can be automatically marked as returning based on their graduation date set when they are first uploaded into ACEMAPP.

These enhancements were made in response users’ feedback. All current users have automatically been updated to ACEMAPP 2.0.

“Because The Center for Health Affairs / NEONI is the sole ACEMAPP provider in Ohio, we are responsible for informing users of these updates and training them if necessary,” said Holly Busato, RN, BSN, senior project manager, The Center for Health Affairs / NEONI. “Currently, many major Northeast Ohio healthcare systems and schools of nursing in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Erie, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Medina, Potage and Summit counties take advantage of this unique tool.”
