The Center for Health Affairs Named One of NorthCoast 99’s Best Places to Work

The Center for Health Affairs is proud to be recognized by ERC as one of NorthCoast 99’s best places to work in Northeast Ohio. NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that recognizes great places to work for top performing people that drive results, provide competitive advantages, and allow businesses to innovate and grow. Applicants are evaluated based on policies and practices related to the attraction and retention of top performers, as well as data collected from employee surveys.

Jarm, president and CEO, The Center for Health Affairs. “We take pride in receiving our eighth NorthCoast 99 award and we’re committed to keeping our talent engaged and fulfilled.”

The Center, along with the rest of the 2017 NorthCoast 99 award winners, will be honored at a recognition dinner celebration at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights on Tuesday, Sept. 26. Nearly 800 business leaders from around Northeast Ohio will attend this celebration.

These organizations have earned the right to call themselves a great workplace by their dedication to attracting, supporting, retaining, and motivating their top performers. ERC developed the NorthCoast 99 program with the hopes of inspiring local leaders to promote the great workplace movement,” said Pat Perry, president of ERC.

The NorthCoast 99 website has been updated to reflect the 2017 list of best places to work. The Center for Health Affairs has also been named to the list in 2003, 2004, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
