The Center’s Strategic Direction Scorecard Released



The Center’s Strategic Direction Scorecard ReleasedThe Center for Health Affairs presented its latest Strategic Direction Scorecard at its the Feb. 16 board meeting, highlighting progress on its initiatives from July through December 2016. 

The Center’s Strategic Direction Scorecard includes metrics in four categories, reflecting its community roles:

1. To inform

2. To connect and convene

3. To spur participation

4. To produce outcomes

The Center’s Strategic Direction Scorecard Released Providing value, another community role of the association is reflected in its annual Return on Investment Report, which is released in September of each year. Selected achievements from the scorecard include:

  • Advocacy for a reimbursement error made by the state resulted in a $560,130 recovery for one member.
  • 10 NEONI Steering Committee meetings and events were held.
  • 6 white papers on health topics were published.
  • 10 emergency preparedness drills and exercises were offered.
