28 Employees Honored at 2019 Service Awards

On Friday, Feb. 22, The Center for Health Affairs' 2019 Service Awards Breakfast was held at the Crown Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square. The ceremony honored 28 individuals from The Center, CHAMPS Oncology and CHAMPS Group Purchasing for their years of service with the organization.

Rounding out the list of recipients who were honored for three, five, ten, 15 and 20 years of service, was Executive Administrator Trish Sedivy who received a standing ovation when she was recognized for her 40 years of dedicated service.

"Over the years, Trish has enjoyed working in various departments, which has proven to be challenging but very rewarding," said Interim President & CEO Phil Mazanec. "An unprecedented 40 years of service, commitment, passion and dedication to this organization. She's one of a kind."

Recognizing many of the organization's team members were not able to enjoy the 2019 Service Awards ceremony in person, Mazanec recorded a special message to off-site team members spread across the United States. "You have to know that you, as a remote employee, are as important as any other employee to this organization," he said. "Thank you very much for being part of our organization."
