Back to all News ReleasesDecember 17, 2020 (Cleveland, OH)The Center, Cuyahoga County Launch Mask Up Campaign
The holiday season – a time when people traditionally gather together with family and friends – is arriving at a critical time during this pandemic, as COVID-19 cases numbers are at a high. To encourage people to maintain safe habits during the season, The Center for Health Affairs in collaboration with Cuyahoga County launched its Mask Up campaign on social media to urge residents to wear masks.
Featuring photography from the award-winning Cleveland-based commercial and fine art photographer Keith Berr, the campaign is centered on messages reminding residents to:
- Wear a mask.
- Maintain social distance.
- Wash hands.
- Stay home as much as possible.
Having launched Thanksgiving week, throughout the holiday season The Center is publishing weekly posts on Twitter to spread the word. Anyone interested in doing so is invited to retweet and share posts. This campaign is latest in The Center’s ongoing effort during the pandemic to share critical messages with the public encouraging people to take care of their health and keep themselves safe.
