Healthy Northeast Ohio Celebrates Second Anniversary, Adds Geauga County & More

Happy Anniversary, Healthy Northeast Ohio!        

This month we celebrate the second anniversary of Healthy Northeast Ohio! We thank all of our partners for their continued support as we work to address community health improvement across a nine-county region.

Healthy Northeast Ohio Welcomes Geauga County

Healthy Northeast Ohio is pleased to welcome Geauga County to its web-based platform. Partners in Geauga County will be able to utilize the platform for community health improvement efforts by accessing data, tools and resources available on the site. A county-specific training webinar will be offered on Jan. 20, 2022, from 10 - 11 a.m. ET. This event is free and open to all, but registration is required. 

Healthy Northeast Ohio Hosts Second Regional Convening

The Healthy Northeast Ohio team held its second virtual Regional Convening on Thursday, Dec. 9. The event allowed for Healthy NEO partners to share progress and updates about community health needs assessments, and hear success strategies to address social determinants of health. If you were unable to attend, a recording of the event is available here.  

The Healthy Northeast Ohio team plans to host Regional Convenings in 2022. Information on dates, times and registration will be available in the coming months. To provide input on future Regional Convening events, please complete this survey.
