Early Childhood Data Initiative
Healthy NEO has partnered with the Early Ages Healthy Stages and Better Health Partnership to bring early childhood data to life through development of the Early Childhood Healthy and Well Being dashboard on healthyneo.org. To learn more, read the full success story, which highlights the local impact of this vital project.
The Latest Site Updates
Continuing to provide helpful tools and information, Healthy NEO has been enhanced with a variety of new features and valuable resources. A brief overview of these updates:
- Digital Access Dashboard – This curated dashboard includes indicators related to digital access from the U.S. Census Bureau’s ACS five-year estimates and the Claritas Consumer Profiles. Viewable at the state, county, census place, zip code and census tract levels.
- Demographics Data – Provides easy access to data via a demographic map capable of viewing more than 250 demographic elements for your community.
- Conduent HCI Updates – Updated County Health Rankings indicators, American Lung Association indicators and updates to various years to an indicator for National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network.
- Healthy NEO Widget – It is now possible to add the Healthy NEO widget to your own organizational website.
Recent additions to the site also include the Digital Medicine Society’s case study covering Healthy NEO’s incorporation of resources from the Digital Health Measurement Collaborative Community, a Monkeypox web-based resource and a “Making Data Talk: A Workbook” developed by the National Cancer Institute. Several new community health needs assessments (CHNA) also have been added to the site:
