The Center for Health Affairs announces a new partnership with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Northern Ohio Chapter aimed at bringing new opportunities to the community and enhancing value for the membership.
The Center and ACHE will collaborate and partner on engaging educational events, information sharing and community communications. These activities will be focused on topics connected to healthcare operations and leadership, and expand into advocacy, workforce, finance and other related topics. As part of this new collaboration, ACHE will provide continuing education credits to participants of qualifying events hosted by The Center and help shape topics and content that aligns to ACHE’s focus on advancing healthcare leadership.
“This new partnership enables The Center to continue providing healthcare professionals with vital training and education,” said Tracy Wise, senior vice president, business operations & administration for The Center. “We’re excited to embark upon this journey with ACHE and collaborate to plan events that will enrich our educational offerings.”
Building upon the success of The Center’s recent events such as a workforce roundtable, cybersecurity forum, and the 2023 annual meeting, this partnership demonstrates both organizations’ passion for working together to achieve their missions and values by impacting the community through educational forums.
Consisting of 48,000 U.S. healthcare executives committed to integrity, lifelong learning, leadership and diversity through inclusion, the American College of Healthcare Executives’ mission is to advance their members and healthcare leadership excellence. One of only three in the state of Ohio, the Northern Ohio chapter was created to keep programming, education and networking maintained in regional and geographic areas across the U.S.
The Center continues to build upon its more than 100 years of experience working collaboratively to increase the efficiency of healthcare delivery, providing insightful healthcare information to the public and undertaking initiatives aimed at improving the health of the community. The partnership with ACHE is an example of how The Center continues to enhance its service offerings to meet the changing needs of its Northeast Ohio members.
