Tracy Wise is the senior vice president of business operations and administration for The Center for Health Affairs and its subsidiaries, CHAMPS Group Purchasing and The Essentials Group.

In this role, Wise is responsible for leading The Center’s shared services teams, ensuring operational and service excellence is achieved, enhancing value to members, partners, clients, and employees. Wise sets the operational strategies necessary to achieve the mission and vision for the organization while creating new partnerships to impact the communities we serve.

Wise brings more than 15 years of client service experience in healthcare, supply chain, and association operations. Her experience in healthcare and commercial operations includes leading service delivery, designing sales and marketing strategies, negotiating contracts to maximize benefit for all stakeholders, and implementing strategic plans to amplify financial and operational success.

Wise joined The Center in 2010, most recently serving in the position of vice president of CHAMPS Group Purchasing. Under her leadership, CHAMPS GPO exceeded ninety percent member satisfaction, implemented an average savings of greater than ten percent, and launched a give back campaign to augment the work of our community partners.

Wise completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State University, majoring in Organizational Leadership. She is a member of the Cleveland Bridge Builders class of 2022, a civic engagement program for Cleveland-area leaders that features relationship-building, collaboration and hands-on learning. She is the recipient of the 2017 Capstone Elevate Award which recognizes outstanding contributions and collaboration across the Capstone Health Alliance. Wise is a member of the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) and earned the AHRMM Essentials in Healthcare Supply Chain Certificate. She was trained in Project Management at Cleveland State University and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Project Management. Wise serves on several advisory groups, councils, and sourcing committees of Premier Inc.
